    Sales Executive Position in Exeter with Leading Property Residential Developer

    A leading Property Residential Developer in Exeter is offering a great opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves overseeing the sales of new homes to customers in Devon, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales leads.


    • Responsibilities and Duties:
      • Looking after the show house and sales office
      • Qualifying potential customers and guiding them through show houses/plots and developments
      • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
      • Communicating with Solicitors/agents to facilitate the sales process
      • Promoting additional services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
      • Marketing developments and participating in events as needed
      • Conducting market research and business development to maximize revenue

    Requirements:

    • Experience in sales, preferably within Property/Estate agency
    • Knowledge of the property and construction market
    • Ability to maintain customer relationships and negotiate effectively
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
    • Track record of achieving sales targets and working independently
    • Full driving licence
