- To ensure that the product is produced to the customer's specification including
- To communicate any quality issues to the Managers and technical team.
- To co-ordinate all back to stock product including market stock.
- To manage, monitor and control time keeping of all operatives.
- To train, develop and motivate your team to enable them to become autonomous.
- To ensure that the clean as you go policy is adhered to, advocating good
- To ensure all associated record keeping including KPI's, quality checks sheets are
- Communicate any issues effectively to the production supervisor
- To effectively plan and manage the set up and clean down (if required) of all product
- To deputise for colleagues and Managers in areas of the business where you are
- To perform any other reasonable duties as and when required to meet the needs of
- You are responsible for reporting all accidents and near misses in the workplace.
