    Responsibilities:
    - Providing crucial administrative support to the Trust, PA, and Office Manager
    - Handling phone calls and email queries promptly
    - Arranging meeting spaces for effective collaborations
    - Supporting the Finance Officer with administrative duties
    - Managing office supplies to ensure smooth operations


    Skills required:
    - Solid administrative background, preferably in a school setting
    - Reception and customer service competencies for positive engagements
    - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office environment
