    Senior Sales Negotiator
    • Leatherhead
    • SurreySalary: Basic £up to £25K DOE OTE £45,000 UncappedOur client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close knit team in LeatherheadThis is a great position that can offer career progression and continued support for the right person.
    In addition to good earning potential and benefitsThe successful Sales Negotiator will be offered the following:
    Competitive Basic SalaryRealistic OTE £45,000 (Uncapped)

    Milage allowanceOngoing training and supportCareer progression5-day working week The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve:

    Successfully negotiating offersArrange and attend viewingsCross-sellingDriving the business forwardProvide excellent customer service The successful Sales Negotiator will have:Strong customer service skillsDriven and passionate about propertyFriendly approachTeam playerMust be highly self-motivatedA driving licenseThe successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and have excellent communication skills.

    Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
