Days Monday-Thursday (Friday off)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Set spinning machines in PNC or CNC mode according to production requirements and specifications.
  • Operate spinning machines safely and efficiently, monitoring the production process to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Conduct part inspection to ensure that finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Generate quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of production data.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues.
  • Assist in other departments of the operational factory floor, such as material handling, packaging, and maintenance, as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator / Setter in a metal spinning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PNC or CNC machine operation and setup.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in part inspection and quality reporting.
  • Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts and weekends, if required.
