    Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity

    As an IF Administrator you will provide a high quality service to our clients and customers, both internal and external by undertaking the necessary administrative tasks of processing & allocating of debtor receipts with completion of daily bank reconciliations. You will be part of a successful team, displaying a positive attitude and flexible approach to assigned tasks with a desire to learn. This will be achieved as part of a flexible model to support the business in meeting customer demand within agreed service levels.

    To act as an ambassador of the Bank's vision to; Back more people to go for it in life and in business.

    What will your day look like?

    • Effective and timely processing & allocation of daily customer receipts
    • Liaise with colleagues, clients & customers to ensure allocation of receipts
    • Daily balancing of customers receipts
    • Completion of Bank reconciliations as required
    • Processing of cheques and unpaid items as required
    • Process changes to client bank details within Dancerace system
    • Dealing with general queries or other tasks as they arise
    • Be an active team member to ensure that the duties of the department are covered
    • Identify improvements to new and existing process procedures.
    • Provide a high level of service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
    • Maintain effective communication with the Team Leader /Team members to ensure that a high level of support and information is available when required.
    • High level of customer satisfaction through effective quality "Right First Time Approach"
    • Take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against objectives, and take responsibility for self-development.
    • Opening and closing bank accounts for clients.

    What do we expect from you?

    • Strong IT skills including working with Microsoft Office, with specific reference to excel
    • Accurate processing/keyboard skills
    • Comfortable to liaise by telephone as required with colleagues and external clients/customers
    • Ability to working tight deadlines & working with numbers.
    • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously with limited supervision
