    London, UK3 months (June - August)£12-16 per hour (negotiable)8 hours p/d, 5 days a week (between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM German time)

    On behalf of our client, we are urgently seeking four highly motivated and fluent German-speaking Hotline Merchant Service Specialists to support a prestigious project. This short-term role is based in the London office of a leading global fintech company and requires an immediate start by June 5th.

    Location: London, United KingdomContract: 3 months (June - August)Salary: £12-16 per hour (negotiable)Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM German time)

    About the Role:

    On behalf of our client, we are urgently seeking four highly motivated and fluent German-speaking Hotline Merchant Service Specialists to support a prestigious project. This short-term role is based in the London office of a leading global fintech company and requires an immediate start by June 5th.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Manage merchant accounts, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address and resolve merchant issues.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in German and English.
    • Strong problem resolution skills and ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge from training materials.
    • Experience in B2B client service is highly preferred.
    • Ability to logically determine key stakeholders in merchant issues and effectively follow up.
    • Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus.
    • Excellent customer recovery skills.
