    Hours: 42

    Floating rota - will be given rota 4 weeks in advance but shifts will be as and when needed.

    In this role, you'll be entrusted with the care of our seniors, catering to their diverse needs, including dispensing medication. You'll also showcase your leadership skills by ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met.

    We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and possesses a keen eye for detail. While prior qualifications in health and social care (NVQ Level 3) are valued, a strong willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.

    Chesterton Lodge in Newcastle-under-Lyme is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 64 residents.
