Responsibilities
- as part of the ongoing development of the hospital buildings, the NHP in exceptional cases provide intensive support to the client and contractor teams to drive delivery of the works, commissioning and start of operations. As part of the ongoing demand,we are looking for an exceptional major Project Director, with experience in the delivery of highly serviced buildings, and complex commercial and stakeholder arrangements to act as the voice of the NHP and drive the outcomes required with all parties. Therole will work to the NHP Programme Director and will be deployed to work with the NHS Trust project teams, advisors and the contractor. The role demands significant experience in collaborative delivery and the ability to influence at a senior level whilebalancing the competing needs of various stakeholders and funders. This is an outcome-driven role that requires a holistic understanding of all aspects of construction projects delivery and requires the exceptional aptitude to identify emergent risks and proactivelymanage them on a fast-paced site. This role is required for up to 18 months and starts immediately.
