    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and development of intricate Tableau dashboards.
    • Drive the implementation and enhancement of AWS-based BI solutions.
    • Manage the end-to-end execution of analytical projects from initial requirements to BI solutions adoption.
    • Offer strategic insights derived from comprehensive data analysis.
    • Work closely with business leaders to outline BI strategies.
    • Ensure maintenance of data governance and security standards.
    • Aid in designing a user training program for visualization and BI tools like Tableau.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related capacity.
    • Expertise in advanced Tableau features and capabilities.
    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Extensive experience with AWS services for BI and data analytics.
    • Strong leadership skills to drive BI initiatives.
    • Project management skills, experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
    • Tableau Admin Certification or equivalent experience.
