Data Analyst - SalesForce - French Speaking

We are urgently seeing a French speaking Data Analyst for our client who are are medical products and technology company.

This will be on a 4 month FTC and required the individual to travel to Paris once a month.


This Data Analyst is required to support as a trusted advisor for the Sales & Marketing teams to provide analytical and commercial excellence support.

Your key responsibility will be the provision of qualitative & timely customer analysis to create insight for performance management and support key decision making by providing robust data around in-market sales and competitor intelligence, along with salesforce activity and customer segmentation and relationship data.

In addition to the regular reporting responsibilities the team will also be contributing to several European wider projects in the forthcoming year.

We are looking for someone with Business Partnering experience, with a good understanding of sales customer performance management, incentive plans and reporting.

You will have strong analytical skills and you will need to have the ability to forward thinkbased on trending data.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting
  • Authoring and issuing market sales reports as required
  • Collating data from heterogeneous sources (GERS, Xponent, direct sales,) and aggregating into various systems and databases (power BI)
  • Maintaining the integrity and consistency of the data warehouse
  • Cleansing where necessary
  • Sales Incentive Plans
  • Own the process on producing sales data for the incentive plans
  • Setting and sensechecking sales force targets
  • Measuring and tracking sales force performance in sales and activity
  • Product the performance vs target reports
  • Informed Decision Making
  • Produce analysis of our customer trends, CRM system outputs
  • Supporting new product launches
  • Identifying and investigating discrepancies
  • Presenting insight to the various sales and marketing teams
  • CRM activities
  • Developing CRM reporting (Power BI)
  • Ensure Data quality of the database
  • Working closely with sales team and Business Units to identify needs / user pain points all along the user journey
  • Measuring sales force performance: defining & monitoring of KPIs (reporting's & ad'hoc analysis)
  • Continuous improvement
  • Identifying and implementing methods of delivering new reporting

Education:


  • Minimum 2 or 3years' experience in commercial excellence, SFE or business analytics with a university degree (Master 2 type) or other relevant education

Knowledge, experience and skills:


  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory to interact frequently with international stakeholders
  • Experienced with analytical software such as Power BI and tridimensional database.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g. Gers, Xponent, IMS/IQVIA,). Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of other MS Software systems (Word and PowerPoint).
