Our client is a highly successful corporate communications agency, specialising in graphic and digital design, filming and live video production, video editing and animation on behalf of some of the world's largest consumer brands.

Having grown the organisationconsiderably during lockdown and following the growth of their customer base, they now seek to appoint an Accounts/Office Manager.

Reporting to the MD, your responsibilities will fall under three main categories:

  • Accounts, Office Manager/PA & Project Management

Accounts:
- sales/purchase ledger
- accruals
- prepayments

  • P&Ls
- quarterly VAT returns
- month end management accounts


Office Manager/PA:
- managing the office budget, office supplies, etc.
- dealing with staff issues
- maintaining policies and procedures
- renewing insurances, etc.
- booking flights & hotels
- diary management
- managing the MD's personal calendar


Project Management:
- securing resources
- creating work schedules
- providing progress reports to clients
- negotiating with suppliers

As Accounts/Office Manager, you will need:

  • background in Accounts (knowledge of Xero would be a bonus)
a good level of IT literacy
- experience managing a small office
- the ability to multi-task
- good organisational skills
- the ability to remain level-headed whilst working under pressure
