The Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office administration duties, including document management and client communication.
  • Handle incoming and making out going calls
  • Manage credit control processes and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work towards personal and shared objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Interact with people at all levels, including colleagues, management, and clients, with excellent communication skills.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, eg, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office cleanliness by regularly cleaning and tidying common areas, workspaces, and boardrooms.
  • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organising documents.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:


  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solutionfocused mindset.
  • Proven experience in credit control or finance is preferred, with a strong understanding of debt collection processes and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience in contract management is preferable
  • Good telephone/customer service skills
  • Previous knowledge of commercial waste / utilities is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience using any of the following Hubspot CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho books is preferred.

  • Competitive hourly rate during probation period, transitioning to a basic salary after 3 months DOE
    £9.61 £10.81 Per hour
  • Office hours 9 am to 17.30 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends), with a healthy worklife balance.
