We're in search of an exceptional Sales Office Administrator who thrives in a office environment and enjoys playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations.

The Role

  • You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales and office administration tasks.

The Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
  • Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building client relationships
  • Handle incoming and making out going calls or appointments.
  • Manage credit control processes and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain office by regularly cleaning and tidying common areas, workspaces, and boardrooms.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, eg, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solutionfocused mindset.
  • Experience in contract management is preferable.
  • Previous knowledge of commercial waste / utilities is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience using any of the following Hubspot CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho books is preferred.

  • Competitive hourly rate DOE
    £ £11.44 Per hour.
  • Office hours between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends), Maximum 40 hours per week.
