The Role
- You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales and office administration tasks.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
- Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building client relationships
- Handle incoming and making out going calls or appointments.
- Manage credit control processes and ensure timely payment from clients.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain office by regularly cleaning and tidying common areas, workspaces, and boardrooms.
- Providing administrative support for meetings, eg, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solutionfocused mindset.
- Experience in contract management is preferable.
- Previous knowledge of commercial waste / utilities is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using any of the following Hubspot CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho books is preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate DOE
£ £11.44 Per hour. - Office hours between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends), Maximum 40 hours per week.
