We're in search of an exceptional Administrator who thrives in a office environment and enjoys playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations.

The Responsibilities:


  • You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
  • Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building client relationship
  • Manage credit control processes and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, eg, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms keeping common areas clean and tidy.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. The Office Administrator will be expected to perform additional tasks.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in sales administration/ b2b administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solutionfocused mindset.
  • Previous knowledge of commercial waste / utilities is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience using any of the following Hubspot CRM, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho books is preferred.

  • Competitive hourly rate DOE
    £ £11.44 Per hour

  • Maximum 40 hours per week.
  • Office hours between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
