    About the Role and Company

    As the UK Head of Property, you will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and coordinating new store and office openings across the UK at Sephora. Working closely with the central team and third-party partners, you will oversee the rollout of new locations with a focus on maintaining high construction standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Assist in preparing documents for tendering processes.
    • Manage project budgets and costings.
    • Oversee construction timelines and progress.
    • Review and approve all construction drawings.
    • Coordinate meetings and project updates.
    • Handle contractor invoices and payments.
    • Collaborate with the design team on store layouts.
    • Ensure compliance with landlord guidelines.
    • Manage store handovers and certifications.
    • Conduct quality inspections and defect reviews.
    • Support maintenance and defect resolution post-construction.
    • Administer construction contracts.
    • Maintain property information systems.
    • Coordinate timely installation of all fixtures.

    Your Qualifications

    • Project management experience in the UK.
    • Familiarity with JCT contracts and procurement.
    • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
    • Strong background in retail project management.
    • Knowledge of interior design materials and construction drawings.
    • Degree in Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management or equivalent.
    • Experience in project governance and risk management.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
