Role

  • Work as a team for booking and arranging holiday elements e.g. flights, hotels etc
  • Ensure telephone enquiries from customers about their flights are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner
  • Prioritise and action Emails effectively
  • Chase relevant suppliers where needed
  • Liaise with customers who want to change elements on their booking such as flight upgrades, different hotels etc
  • Effectively manage and resolve escalated issues

Skills required for the role

  • Customer Service Experience in a fastpaced office environment, ideally within the travel industry and flights
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Skilful with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workload efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Experience in dealing with conflict resolution
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Salary :
£26,000 a year increasing to £28,000 after completion of 6 month's probation.

From £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Altrincham,

Greater Manchester:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
