Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Support the accounting team with monthend and yearend closing processes
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Sage to perform daily tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Sage
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
