Casual Nights Wellbeing Assistant

£12.18 per hour rising to £12.38 per hour on successful completion of training and probation period.

We are looking to recruit to our casual pool of night workers within our Extra Care Scheme.

The post holder will be required to work on a casual basis, which may include weekends and some Bank Holiday working.

Casual night wellbeing assistants work between 10pm - 8am, for this position you will need a full driving licence. A car is provided for use at work if needed to travel between the extra care services.

About you


You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong, effective working relationships with a range of people to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses on positive outcomes for people we support.

You will brighten people's day and support them when needed during the night. You will encourage tenants to live independent lives.

You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a 'can do' attitude and caring nature and want to see people be the best that they can.

About the role


The role involves supporting tenants during the night, this may include help with personal care needs and it is important to recognise that these people live in their own homes.


The role also involves responding to tenants in an emergency during the night at any one of our three Extra Care schemes.
