Senior Care Assistant/team Leader - Evesham, United Kingdom - Social Care Academy
Description
We are looking for a Care Team Leader who is able to work in a team and under their own initiative in a Domiciliary Care Setting.
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Able to work in partnership with staff and multi-agencies
- Able to monitor the call monitoring system in place
- Able to contribute and make suggestions that meet our aims and objectives
- To complete initial assessments, risk assessments and care plans
- To allocate shifts to staff
- To be able to fill in staff sicknesses and /or holidays within the community
- To fill in shifts within the community
- To attend standardisation meetings and follow standardisation procedures
- Report writing
- Supporting in training needs of staff
