We are looking for a Care Team Leader who is able to work in a team and under their own initiative in a Domiciliary Care Setting.


Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Able to work in partnership with staff and multi-agencies
  • Able to monitor the call monitoring system in place
  • Able to contribute and make suggestions that meet our aims and objectives
  • To complete initial assessments, risk assessments and care plans
  • To allocate shifts to staff
  • To be able to fill in staff sicknesses and /or holidays within the community
  • To fill in shifts within the community
  • To attend standardisation meetings and follow standardisation procedures
  • Report writing
  • Supporting in training needs of staff
