    COMPANY:


    nA cutting-edge London-based startup specializing in transforming how financial professionals access and utilise data is seeking an experienced AI Developer/MLOps Engineer with LLM experience to join their team.


    With a strong focus on AI-driven automation and analytics, this company is redefining financial intelligence, backed by top-tier venture funds and a team of experienced technologists and founders.


    ROLE:


    nLead the development of new generative AI features, tackling complex challenges like multi-hop question answering and interaction with symbolic systems.nConstruct Knowledge Graphs to bolster the product's value proposition.nCollaborate closely with colleagues to identify business needs and customize AI solutions accordingly.nEnhance AI models and infrastructure for improved performance, scalability, and accuracy.nStay up to date with the latest AI technologies and techniques, driving continuous innovation.


    REQUIREMENTS:


    nStrong software engineering skills, with a focus on machine learning and AI.nExperience deploying foundational Language Models (SLM / LLMs) in production environments.nProficiency in deploying machine learning solutions at scale.nDeep understanding of data modelling for search, retrieval, and reranking.nAbility to collaborate with various stakeholders, including backend engineers, front-end engineers, and product designers.nAdditional advantage for experience in ML Ops and deployment across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).nPractical experience with machine learning techniques for search and retrieval, such as Learning to Rank.nExperience building Knowledge Graphs and leveraging GNNs.

    nMaster's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
