    Who we are looking for:
    We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our growing team on a temporary basis to help us find the greatest and latest talent to join the Kerv Digital family. We're looking for a super organised, intuitive individual who can work with our heads of department, turning demand need into successful joiners and onwards into happy team members.

    This is a varied fast paced role that will not only manage but also be hands on with our whole recruitment process. With new employee's joining our family on a regular basis due to company growth, there are always plenty of fresh challenges and no day is the same.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • This role is crucial in effectively managing the recruitment process and ensuring our company hires the right talent at the right time

    • Build professional networks to attract potential candidates

    • Stakeholder management skills to build relationships, build confidence and influence

    • Helping us turn fast pace role definition into recruitable positions working closely with our Workforce Planning team

    • Using a range of tools and opportunities to build candidate pipeline

    • Managing and working closely with our UK Recruitment Coordinator and our India Recruitment Team on our recruitment life cycle to ensure efficiency, excellence and a superior candidate journey

    • Manage candidate offer process

    • Oversee Talent On-Boarding - welcome talent to the company and see their start to life at Kerv Digital is everything it should be.

    • Agency Management - Manage and maintain our pool of approved suppliers to find future talent.

    • Management of existing contractors and onboarding of new contractors as and when required according to project demand

    • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics

    • Enable and promote DE&I initiatives internally and externally with a good understanding of principles of diverse talent attraction

    Experience:

    • A proven track record in finding talent from early career to leadership roles, operating recruitment processes and filling vacant positions.

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant

    • Hands-on tech recruitment experience especially recruiting candidates directly reducing the reliance on Agency hires and contractors

    • Typical roles we recruit for include CRM / PP Developers, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers

    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

    • Knowledge of employment legislation

    • Strong communication, decision making, and team management skills are essential

    • Office 365 skills (Word, Excel etc)

    • People friendly but highly process oriented.

    • Happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed.

    • Attention to detail, we want you to obsess about the little things
