    Description

    Customer Success Manager

    • Create and implement a comprehensive client engagement plan focused on service excellence and relationship building.
    • Support clients in maximizing product value through data analysis and collaboration with internal teams.
    • Drive product support improvements and customer satisfaction by handling feedback and collaborating with account managers.
    • Establish retention objectives, milestones, and strategies to exceed client expectations.
    • Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Conduct regular review sessions to optimize client utilization of products and services.
    • Develop risk mitigation plans for each client to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide support during onboarding and training phases to enhance product adoption.
    • Address client-related issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for solutions.
    • Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams and champion product functionalities and benefits.
    • Engage in solution discussions with customers and design implementations with the onboarding team.
    • Handle new features and enhancement requests from customers, ensuring timely resolution.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
    • Background in Tech/SaaS industry and working closely with product development.
    • Demonstrated success in improving customer satisfaction within enterprise-size businesses.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to build positive business relationships.
    • Experience with mobile and web applications, system integration, and product support.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume workload efficiently.
    • Capability to communicate and present across all levels of an organization globally.
    • Facilitation skills for requirement sessions, design meetings, and progress updates.
