We are looking for an Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (IDB) intern, to be based either in our offices in London or Munich, working with a global team.
Our Team
Our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers.
The Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging team within HR, design, drive and deliver strategic Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging programs and initiatives across AGCS.
The Impact You Will Have
You will support our Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging team in an international environment.
We are looking for a very motivated individual with a passion for Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging, who likes to work independently, a proactive team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of our business.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- You'll support with all Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging topics
- You'll help with the organising of the Global IDB Council meetings
- You'll help with the invoicing process
- You'll help to set up recommendations that have come out of our recent Inclusion Survey that might include for example: policy recommendation, organisational recommendations etc.
- You'll support in the development of communication strategies in the context of IDB as well as regular maintenance of the internal communication platform (Connect, HR Portal)
What You'll Bring to the Role
- We are looking for a recent graduate, or equivalent, with a real passion for Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging.
- You have an agile mindset, able to handle complexity
- You have strong communication skills and writing skills
- You are able to deal with stakeholders at all level of the organisation
- You work with high accuracy, reliability and autonomy
- You have advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills, at ease with IT
- You are a selfStarter / motivated
