    Description

    We're expanding our team!

    Rampton Baseley is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us as a People Administrator. In this role, you'll be working closely with our Head of People to handle a variety of HR tasks that support our growing business.

    • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
    • Assisting with onboarding new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
    • Conducting pre-employment checks and references.
    • Handling employee offboarding.
    • Keeping our HRIS system up to date.
    • Responding to HR queries in a timely manner.
    • Supporting absence management and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
    • Contributing to talent development and other HR projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Willingness to take on new challenges.

    Working schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm. Initially office-based, with a potential for hybrid working in the future.
