Front Desk Agent / Front Office Receptionist - Nights


We have an amazing opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at the Shangri-La Hotel, located throughout the 34th and 52nd floors of The Shard.

Our receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, and on many occasions will represent the 'face' of the hotel.

You will provide efficient and courteous assistance to our guests and maintain an active presence in the hotel lobbies.

Your duties will include performing guest registration, check-in, check-out, cashiering and foreign exchanges while adhering to the Shangri-La policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:


  • Someone with a professional, pleasant, and welcoming manner
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Experience in a luxury, Forbes 5Star Hotel preferred
  • Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability
  • Oral and written fluency in English; Additional languages preferred
  • Confidence in a fastpaced, highexpectations environment
  • A positive attitude and interest in developing within the company
  • An immaculate, professional appearance
