    Description


    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled In-House Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join one of our most prestigious clients, based in Mayfair, London.

    This position is open to candidates in all locations as the position can be worked fully remote.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a paralegal, overseeing a substantial caseload, and ensuring efficient and timely completion of residential property transactions.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage a dedicated paralegal, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure the smooth operation of conveyancing processes.

    Handle a caseload of approximately 60 files at any given time, ensuring thorough attention to detail and adherence to legal standards.

    Settle a minimum of 35 transactions per month, demonstrating proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently. Collaborate effectively with underwriters to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process. Liaise with external solicitors as necessary, particularly for property purchases, maintaining professional relationships and facilitating seamless transactions.

    Utilize your extensive experience (8-12 years PQE) in residential conveyancing to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.


    Requirements:
    Qualified Solicitor with 8-12 years of PQE in residential conveyancing. Strong track record of managing high-volume caseloads efficiently and effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring junior staff. Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks governing residential property transactions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
