Description

An exciting opportunity for a highly specialist Family and Systemic Psychotherapist in an innovative, one-of-a-kind service with integration at its core.

By bringing Local Authorities and Health together in practice, we believe we can achieve more for the children and young people.

Bwthyn Y Ddôl assessment centre is a joint funded service provided by Conwy and Denbighshire Local Authorities alongside BCUHB.

Being passionate about encouraging and supporting children and families to be the best that they can be is at the core of everything that we do.

We do this by providing children and young people with a safe and supportive environment and a fulfilling experience where their voice is heard and the focus is on what matters to them.

We are looking for individuals who share these values to join our developing team.

Working in partnership with colleagues, you will promote and coordinate a systemic model within the Bwthyn y Ddôl residential unit, through the MDT and via direct work with children and their families.

You will provide supervision and leadership for the systemic elements of the Bwthyn Y Ddôl service, as well working collaboratively to support the continuing development of our other exciting local partnership programmes and initiatives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
