    Main Areas of Responsibility

    • Ensure data is cleaned, prepared, and transformed to meet Oracle standards for improved accuracy and relevance
    • Support migration activities when necessary
    • Conduct routine data management tasks to maintain accuracy, identify errors, and resolve issues
    • Analyze intricate datasets to detect trends and patterns, ensuring timely resolution of data errors and issues
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from Oracle data using standard functionalities or data reporting tools
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements through effective data management
    • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and derive actionable business insights
    • Develop and present data insights through dashboards, charts, and graphs for easy understanding
    • Integrate data from various sources for analysis, performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies
    • Collaborate with Oracle Support team members and organizational users to understand and address improvement requirements

    What We are Looking For

    • Proficiency in statistical tools to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
    • Strong foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software and data analysis languages like SQL
    • Exceptional analytical skills to organize and present extensive data sets accurately
    • Ability to evaluate data critically and derive meaningful insights for action
    • Capacity to simplify complex data insights for non-technical audiences
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field, with prior experience in data analysis being beneficial
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar financial systems such as SAP
    • Ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude
    • Effective data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive performance improvements
    • Collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional results
    • Strong time management abilities to organize workload efficiently
