    Job Description

    The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice on a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and powers of attorney.     Key Responsibilities:

    Drafting, reviewing, and advising on wills, trusts, and estate administration.

    Providing comprehensive tax planning advice.

    Managing lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.

    Delivering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals.

    Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure a high level of client retention and referrals.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client law.

    Demonstrable experience in handling a comprehensive range of private client matters.

    Strong technical knowledge in tax, trusts, and estates.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client care.

    Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

    Commitment to continuous professional development.
