Onsite Hybrid position (3 days in the office per week)
The Senior Development Analyst plays a critical role providing dynamic support for governance activities related to the Community Offshore Wind project.
The primary goal of this team-oriented role is to support and enhance the project's ability to secure decisions in support of Project objectives.
This role provides a unique opportunity to influence c-suite level decision makers and enable the successful development of an offshore wind mega-project.
Engage and support Project Leadership to frame, inform and obtain mission-critical decisions from internal and Joint Venture governance bodiesAdvise the Project Director and other Project Leadership on day-to-day Project Management, execution strategy, and status tracking
Coordinate across the project team to set the workplan to obtain key governance approvals, including preparation and management of schedules
Interface with subject matter experts to communicate objectives, understand critical concepts from their functional area and synthesize into executive-level communication
Lead special projects for the Project Director on cross-functional topics of strategic significance with executive visibility
management consulting, corporate strategy, renewable energy development, etc.)
Good to advanced skill levelwith various Microsoft Office products such as Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project
The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, a refined strategy toolkit, a track record of collaborating across functions and borders, strong commercial acumen, strong multi-tasking skills, and experience communicating with executive leadership, translating complex concepts into meaningful high-level summaries to enable executive decision-making
Ability to work and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented and Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to analyze and summarize complex development topics and aggregate decision-relevant information to convey messages clearly and concisely
