- Proven experience in requirements capture, analysis and management.
- Familiarity with industry-standard requirements and acceptance management tools such as IBM DOORS.
- A good understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and SysML.
- Familiarity with industry standard MBSE tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeler, or others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

We have several opportunities for Systems Engineers to support a large infrastructure programme based in the West of Scotland.
This is a key role working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting nuclear facilities and the delivery of services across Client sites.
As a Requirements Capture and MBSE Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of complex systems, ensuring that they meet the specified needs and requirements of stakeholders. This role requires a strong foundation in both traditional systems engineering practices and Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies as well as a broad understanding of general engineering practices. You will be responsible for capturing, analysing, and managing system requirements while leveraging MBSE techniques to create and maintain detailed system models.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a suitable engineering discipline, systems engineering aspects desirable.
Location
This position is hybrid with the opportunity to be onsite (Helensburgh) or at home. There is an opportunity for this role to be conducted remotely with occasional site visits.
