    The main purpose of this role is to contribute towards the Company's target for Net Growth in Total Establishment (NGITE), achieving growth targets of new Partners and Advisers as agreed.

    You will ensure that all recruits meet our commercial and cultural fit, acting as an Ambassador for the Company, promoting the SJP Brand.

    Undertaking the tasks involved in the creation of recruitment activity, such as prospecting and interviewing to source potential Partners and Advisers
    Progressing recruitment activity toward the recruitment and selection of new Partners and Advisers such as Insights, Business Planning, Proposition to Recruit, Proposition to Clients
    Developing the quality of relationship to a level where the prospective Partner or Adviser decides to accept the invitation to join SJP

    Ensuring that appropriate processes as prescribed by the company are followed to enable all recruitment and selection to be undertaken in a controlled and professional manner.

    Maintaining and developing knowledge of the industry and the marketplace to improve recruitment efforts, maintaining local intelligence of potential recruitment pool
    Experience of recruiting Advice Professionals and a detailed understanding of SJP's recruitment process and risk criteria.
    Strong knowledge of SJP's proposition, our quality measures (PQS) and our proposition to clients via Advice Professionals.
