Recruitment Manager ¦ Leicestershire ¦ Up to £30 per hour ¦ 3-6 months
Macildowie is working with an education organisation based in Leicestershire to appoint an interim Recruitment Manager to join their evolving HR Team on an interim basis for 3-6 months.
The role is paying up to
£30 per hour and will predominately be leading the recruitment team to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the department and help to implement new processes and improvements to the service.
Key Duties might include:
- Manage the Recruitment and Resourcing team
- Deliver an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed endtoend Recruitment and Resourcing service
- Provide leadership to University senior leaders on best practice in recruitment and resourcing
- Provide leadership on the design and development of assessment programmes
- Provide advice and guidance on complex recruitment and resourcing matters and act as an escalation point
- Work closely with Senior Leadership regarding executive recruitment
- Maintain oversight of all recruitment and resourcing policies and practices
