Recruitment Manager ¦ Leicestershire ¦ Up to £30 per hour ¦ 3-6 months

Macildowie is working with an education organisation based in Leicestershire to appoint an interim Recruitment Manager to join their evolving HR Team on an interim basis for 3-6 months.

The role is paying up to
£30 per hour and will predominately be leading the recruitment team to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the department and help to implement new processes and improvements to the service.

Key Duties might include:

Manage the Recruitment and Resourcing team
Deliver an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed endtoend Recruitment and Resourcing service
Provide leadership to University senior leaders on best practice in recruitment and resourcing
Provide leadership on the design and development of assessment programmes
Provide advice and guidance on complex recruitment and resourcing matters and act as an escalation point
Work closely with Senior Leadership regarding executive recruitment
Maintain oversight of all recruitment and resourcing policies and practices
