    BayWa r.e. UK Limited, a part of the international BayWa r.e. group of renewable energy businesses, has its primary office located in Edinburgh, with additional presence in Cork and Glasgow. The BayWa r.e. UK team is dedicated to wind project development, acquisition, and construction, focusing on both the UK and Ireland. We excel at listening and providing a variety of solutions tailored to specific requirements.



    About the role

    We are seeking a 12-month fixed-term Administrator to cover maternity leave and support our business. This role, based in Glasgow, involves various office responsibilities.

    What You Will Do

    • General office upkeep like managing stationery & supplies, deliveries, catering, and cleaners
    • Ensure clean and tidy communal areas
    • Welcome and host visitors
    • Handle post and courier needs
    • Answer and direct calls
    • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
    • Organize team social events
    • Oversee office credit card
    • Book travel & accommodation
    • Provide administrative support to HR team
    • Manage IT hardware and setups
    • Perform Executive Assistant duties, including diary management and preparing documents
    • Attend meetings when necessary to take notes and follow up on actions
    • Prepare meeting materials

    What You Bring

    • Experience in a professional office environment supporting a team with administrative tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Office packages and SharePoint
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure
    • Personable, approachable, and proactive
    • Team player willing to support colleagues
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
