Description
Job Overview
As part of regional specialist commissioning care services, the post holder will be responsible for the clinical and operational management of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team based in Wrexham, providing Community Rehabilitation Services for Service Users with complex rehabilitation needs across various clinical and community settings. These settings include NHS rehabilitation inpatient units, independent hospitals, low secure units, specialist placements, and service users' homes in the community.
Main Duties of the Job:
The post holder will support the service manager in achieving key performance indicators related to governance, performance, and be accountable for the staff's KPIs in their service area to ensure they are met. Additionally, they will work with the Service Manager to develop and implement key strategies, including quality assurance, risk management, performance, and service development.
Fluency in Welsh is desired for this position; both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply.
