    Responsibilities:

    • Account/ Client Management
    • Candidate Management
    • Become a truly specialist recruiter and beseen as a go to recruiter within yourspace.
    • Act as a mentor leader and brandambassador both internally and to our customers * Be up to datewith the latest trends in your market
    • End toend recruitment process sourcing screening offer management throughto post placement followup

    Whoare we looking for

    • Amotivated individual with previous success in ERP or IT recruitment(Not Mandatory for Graduate /Trainees)
    • Graduates & Trainees ConsultantSenior Consultant and Principal Consultants
    • Preferably a background recruiting in the ERPCRM & HR Transformation space (SAP Oracle NetSuite MicrosoftDynamics SuccessFactors ServiceNow Workday etc.) with 180 or 360experience (Not Mandatory for Graduates and Trainees looking to getinto Recruitment)
    • Strong relationship buildingskills
    • Friendly collaborative and able to workwell in a team as well as on yourown
    • Determined to be successful in yourmarket
    • Someone with a great workethic
