    Description

    We have a fabulous opportunity for an AR Coordinator working for our client in Wokingham, Berkshire.

    As the AR Revenue Coordinator, you will assist the Finance Team in achieving unbilled and billed revenue targets and assist in the forecasting process for revenue recognition.

    Alongside this, the AR Revenue Coordinator will need to work collaboratively with the Sales Team to ensure all revenue and contract paperwork is completed according to requirements.

    Furthermore, the AR Revenue Coordinator will manage the Credit Control process for the business. They will assist the Finance Team and Finance Director in cashflow forecasting.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create sales orders on Sage making sure revenue and billing schedules are updated.
    • Chasing and reviewing the Sales paperwork and PO's whilst resolving queries before entry
    • Ensuring we recognise revenue in accordance with our company revenue recognition policy
    • Complete the Bank Reconciliation from an Accounts Receivable perspective.
    • Assist in the production of cashflow forecasts, working alongside the Finance Team
    • Chase outstanding invoices by telephone and email
    • Manage Customer Queries in a timely and effective manner.
    • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as and when required.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Numerate, with a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Client-driven, with good communication skills.
    • Initiative-taking, with a 'can-do' attitude who is keen to solve problems and improve processes.
    • Experience in Sales Order processing (or similar processes) in a previous role.
    • Collaborator
    • Good Excel skills and an eagerness to work and utilise financial systems.
    • Sage 200 Experience, while desirable, is not essential.
    • Education: GCSE's in Maths & English of C and above (or equivalent)
    • Experience: Must have worked within a Finance department before, ideally working

    The role is based on site in Wokingham, 5 days pw.
