Customer Service Coordinator:

This is a great opportunity to work for a niche travel company based near Datchet.

Working in a busy office you will be responsible for everything after a sale has been made, including all areas of customerservice, dietary and logistics arrangements.


  • All areas of Customer Service
  • Following through on bookings from confirmation to post travel with support from another team member
  • Preparing & sending travel documents to clients
  • Administrative tasks relating to the company Loyalty Scheme
  • Handling feedback post travel
  • Responsibility for reservations & processes
  • Providing administrative backup to the sales team
  • Assisting in maintaining the inhouse reservation system, with pricing, itineraries, inventory and product loading
  • Other tasks as agreed with the Sales & Reservations Manager

Profile

Customer Service Coordinator:

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in both the Travel Industry and Customer Service.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) are required together with a pleasant telephone manner and excellent inter-personal skills.

The ability to prioritise workload efficiently, being self-motivated and proactive are required.


A sharp eye for detail, the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they become problems, a good sense of humour and a can-do approach are essential.

Experience of dealing with high-net-worth individuals or providing customer service for a luxury brand.


You need to drive as the office is not central

Job Offer


Salary of circa £25,000 to £28,000 and excellent package including opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
