We are searching for outstanding Events Executive to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options within The Celtic Collection. A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role. You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
You will promote and sell all the facilities, specialising in golf of the Celtic Manor Resort in order to achieve the Resort's financial provide an efficient and professional service to all customers with information that is clearly administered and communicated to all parties. To deal with our Tour Operators in a professional manner. To ensure that the correct allocations of rooms/courses are maintained at all times to achieve customer satisfaction. To implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available in order to achieve maximum rate and occupancy, thus achieving will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.

Host venue of the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, the Celtic Manor Resort is one of Europe's finest destinations for luxury escapes, family breaks, special occasions, golfing getaways and business events. The resort offers three championship golf courses, luxury spas, exceptional conference facilities and team-building and family activities including archery, adventure golf, laser clays and treetop ropes courses.
As well as the five-star Resort Hotel, the Collection also includes the historic Manor House, the stylish Coldra Court Hotel, 10 luxury self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the essential convenience of Tŷ Hotel Magor. The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel was opened in the city centre of Cardiff in Autumn 2021 in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel opened its doors at Milford Waterfront in the Spring of 2022 in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven.
In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture partnership with Welsh Government.
