    Description

    Business Manager

    • Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Business Manager to oversee the administration of their four business units, ensuring efficiency and smooth office operations.
    • Responsibilities include supervising business administrators, organizing people, information, and resources.

    Administration Overview

    • The successful candidate will lead the administration of the four business units: Commercial, IT & Operations, Finance, and HR.
    • Tasks involve managing Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and adherence to ISO27001 & ISO9001 frameworks.
    • Responsibilities also include policy, process, and control implementation, monitoring, and adherence.
    • Management of Health & Safety Policy and supporting processes.

    Commercial

    • Responsibilities include minute-taking at the Monthly Management meeting, managing the Management Action Log, proofreading commercial proposals, and handling commercial administration throughout the engagement lifecycle.
    • Reporting on CRM, managing internal and external events, and supporting webinars, exhibitions, and client meetings.

    IT & Operations

    • Tasks involve managing the ISO framework and reporting, overseeing the MS Dynamics System implementation, and acting as the point of contact for Go Live.
    • Management of key suppliers is also included.

    Finance / Procurement

    • Support for the Finance Manager, including Accounts Payable administration and record-keeping.

    HR

    • Management of Onboarding and Offboarding of Internal and External resources, Health & Safety Policy, and Business Administrator & Self.
    • Additional duties: Fire Marshall, First Aider, Health and Safety Manager (training provided).

    Skills

    • Desired qualities include reliability, discretion with confidential matters, a growth mindset, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and robust IT, administrative, research, and management reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Pipedrive, and Quickbooks is advantageous.
    • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, ability to converse at senior level, and adept negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
    • Project management skills are also required.

    Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, office-based.
