    JOB TITLE:
    Head of Supplier and Commercial Management


    HOURS:
    Full time

    Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our hub locations.

    We're the Supplier Management team, supporting the Insurance, Pensions and Investment (IP&I) business as part of Lloyds Banking Group.

    By building strong and long-lasting relationships with suppliers, we're enabling the Group to stay ahead of the competition and better serve its customers.

    We have a real passion for what we do, and we're seeking to be the top tier supplier management team at Lloyds Banking Group.

    We're seeking a dynamic and expert Supplier and Commercial Manager to join our team and be responsible for our supplier relationships and commercial agreements.

    This role requires a strategic problem solver who can effectively lead risk and compliance while supporting the business to promote positive relationships with our suppliers.


    Contract Negotiation:

    Alongside our sourcing team, support the business to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable agreements, in line with Group policies and framework.


    Performance Management:
    Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators and implement improvement plans as necessary.

    Commercial Management :

    Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve visibility of the commercial position on key supplier arrangements, optimise value and mitigate risks across the supplier landscape.


    Relationship Management:

    Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with Group cross-functional teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
    Drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships and performance.

    Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
    Excellent understanding of risk management and compliance principles
