    Here's a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant Private Client team at a firm in Liverpool as a Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

    This role offers a diverse caseload within a dynamic team, allowing you to contribute to the growth and achievements of the team.

    The firm emphasizes proactive development of new business and collaboration with current contacts. They also promote working with the marketing team to create informative blog content on private client matters.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing private client caseloads, handling client communications, and interacting with various bodies like probate registries, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and agencies.

    Key duties involve estate administration, client updates, and supporting both face-to-face and virtual client engagements.

    Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience with HNW clients, probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, and services for the elderly.

    Experience in property matters and case management systems, particularly Laser forms, is advantageous.

    Essential qualities include a strong work ethic, organizational prowess, ambition, and the ability to make informed decisions, as well as access to a car.

    Flexibility, teamwork, and effective time management skills are vital to meet the needs of clients and the team.
