Personal Assistant to Directors


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised, efficient and reliable person to join our Middlesbrough based property business as a key member of the team supporting the Directors across all their activities.


We are seeking an efficient and highly organised person a track record of working to very high standards, proficient in all administrative functions, including diary management, meeting organization, minute taking and records management.

In addition, the individual will be expected display a positive and responsive attitude with a warm, compassionate, and helpful disposition.

An ability to build strong relationships and to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization is a necessity as is maintaining confidentiality.

The individual is expected to be fully computer literate and able to show expertise across the Microsoft Office suite of software packages.


The role encompasses a wide range of duties from organising peoples time and diaries, to liaising with clients in support of our sales activities, updating all of the relevant paperwork and systems as required, and undertaking specific actions required to keep our development projects moving forward which will require liaison with architects, valuers, builders, investors and senior management.


A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is having a mature approach to managing challenges and issues as they arise.

  • Experience in a property related industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Initially there will be telephone/ or video interviews followed up by meeting in person.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
