Ashbrookes are based in central Middlesbrough and are opening their second branch in Acklam January 2023. Ashbrookes have an exciting position available for a full-time Sales Negotiator/Valuer based in Acklam.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Negotiation
  • Organise and attend sales valuations, provide market insight and expert advice and secure new instructions.
  • Arrange photographs and floorplans.
  • Be involved in posting adverts on social media.
  • Generally, assist in the smooth running of the office.
  • Build relationships with Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register.
  • Prepare property details and write descriptions.
  • Sales Progression.
  • Work towards business growth.
  • Touting.
  • Above all you will be expected to be professional at all times.

Skills Required:


  • Previous residential sales / Estate Agency experience
    essential:
  • Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally wellpresented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency

We offer attractive commission on top of the base salary.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
