    Description

    Job Title: Team Administrator

    Company: Langley Green Hospital


    Job Summary:

    • Opportunity to join the Crisis Team at Langley Green Hospital
    • Provide administrative services, liaise with departments/services, respond to enquiries
    • Deliver client-focused service with good customer service
    • Require excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
    • Role: Office-based Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
    • Experience in NHS advantageous

    Main Duties of the Job:

    • Handle telephone enquiries, take accurate messages, communicate clearly
    • Process referrals, type letters/reports, arrange appointments, manage emails
    • Attend weekly team meetings, maintain databases, handle admin tasks
    • Use patient information system (Carenotes) with provided training

    Qualifications:

    Essential

    • NVQ 3 or equivalent
    • RSA 3 or equivalent experience
    • Good standard of secondary education (GCSE Grade C or above)

    Knowledge/Experience:

    Essential

    • Proven secretarial procedure experience
    • Document production with high accuracy
    • Maintaining office systems
    • Teamwork experience
