    Due to rapid growth within the business weare currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join ourvibrant and dynamic team

    Duties andResponsibilities:

    • Ensurea consistently high standard of work is produced in accordancewith
      specification and quality standards through regulardocumented quality
      inspections.
    • Direct and supervise day to day operations of subcontractorsensuring
      appliance of common operational procedures thatcomply with health and
      safetyrequirements.
    • Ensure works are carried outsafely fulfilling the companys health safety and
      welfareresponsibilities.
    • Ensure all subcontractorsare compliant with providing the required
      informationrelating to their works utilising bespoke companysystems.
    • Create and maintain good relationswith clients and customers both internal
      andexternal.
    • Maintain comprehensive and accuraterecords of own activity related to works
      under yourcontrol.
    • Issue and record task briefings toall operatives under your control as and
      whenrequired.
    • Support subcontractors in developingskills in order to deliver a highquality
      endproduct.
    • Meet weekly and quarterly teamproductivitytargets.

    What we arelooking for:

    • NSWRA.
    • BT Accreditation inFibre.
    • Good knowledge of Health &Safety.
    • Fibre and PON building experience isessential.
    • Civils experience isadvantageous.
    • Good communication peoplemanagement and leadership skills.
    • Validdriving license is essential Company vehicle provided for businessuse.
    • The ability to work under pressure with ahigh level of attention to detail.
    • Previousexperience within a similar role.
    • A greatattitude and fantastic work ethic.
    • Previousexperience working to tight deadlines maintaining anexceptional
      level of customerservice.
