A property sales role with excellent earning potential: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and inspirational Estate Agency Sales Manager based in Croydon.
We are seeking an established and experienced candidate with several years' experience, who is looking to develop their career within an established, highly professional, market leading local independent estate agent with successful offices in the Croydon / Thornton Heath / Surrey area and a business that is expanding.
If you are looking for a new position with a well-known brand that has an excellent client base, known locally for having a professional and highly active approach then this could be the role for you.
You will need have an accomplished track record in property sales, a record of generating and winning instructions, and of managing and directing a successful team.
You will also need to be energetic, proactive, good on the phone and great with people. In return you will receive a competitive salary package and a role with excellent uncapped future earning potential.Skills:
The skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
Experienced residential estate agent
Experience of managing a successful sales team
