Description

  • Support senior product manager to maintain, develop and build commercial relationships.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and trade partners.
  • Build a key account management log.
  • Update and maintain suppliers database.
  • Maintain constant communication with our suppliers to source special offers and
- seasonal promotions whenever relevant

  • Work to deliver product updates and repricing through regular updates and relevant
- processes as part of a team.

  • Liaise with platform team and wider integration teams to ensure products
- and availability are accurately presented online.

  • Support wider Product team to manage assigned accounts, contacting selected
- partners if required.

  • Ensure that reports relating to assigned accounts are correct.
  • Maintain and build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business at all
- time, sharing knowledge and new learning's.


Profile

  • Degree or equivalent Commercial, business, tourism related disciplines with clear interest in

- e
  • Commerce.
  • Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce trading activities.
  • Knowledge of how to extract info via websites.
  • Great team player
  • Excellent selfstarter
  • Ability to build external and internal relationships and building excellent client relationships.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Ideally having 2/3 years experience within the tourism industry.
