    Key Responsibilities:
    Being the first point of contact for all requests/offersOrganising and arranging travel, itineraries, schedules, etc.

    Managing Agent's diaryMaintaining contact's databaseScript reading and writing breakdownsPreparing Agent's expensesClient casting Requirements:

    Experienced Agent's AssistantExcellent administrative skills and attention to detailPresentable as dealing with high profile clientsAbility to work efficiently and under pressureInterest in theatre and film industry This is a London Based role and is full time in the office.
